Our Story

Our staff share over 100 years of property management experience. We are proud to say the Melb OC team is predominantly qualified professionals with years of expertise. Our finance team is lead by a Chartered Accountant and includes Certified Practising Accountants, our OC Managers are CSCMs, and the firm itself is one of only 12 SCA certified firms in Australia. From resolving flammable cladding to water ingress and EV chargers, we’ve got the expertise and experience to fix your issues in a timely, cost effective way.
