How often does Melb OC visit our precinct?
If we are your manager, you can expect to see us on site at least
once a month, to review maintenance issues, ensure that the
owners corporation rules are being followed, and stay up-to-date with the community.
Does Melb OC give independent quotes for facility management and maintenance?
Melb OC is not affiliated with any other firms, which means that you have full transparency when reviewing quotes. You can be sure that when obtaining services from 3rd parties, Melb OC has no hidden agenda, no payoffs from any other companies, and no conflict of interest.
I’m an owner in a precinct with a different owners corporation manager. Can we switch to Melb OC?
Should your owners corporation committee decide not to renew the current OC Manager contract, get in touch with us and we can help you out. We will quote service levels, improvements, and price, and are more than happy to submit (in person) to the committee. Should we be appointed, we ensure a smooth transition from your current OC manager to Melb OC.
