Melb OC provides all owners and tenants with an online and mobile portal through MyCommunity (Urbanise). The portal allows for consistent and efficient communication between the committee, owners, residents and Melb OC.

INTRODUCTION TOUR
When logging in online, navigate to the top right corner of the webpage to where it says either ‘Demo Committee Member’, ‘Demo Owner’ or ‘Demo Tenant’.
A drop-down menu will appear, with an option to ‘Replay Introduction’.
Select the 'Replay Introduction' option for a welcome pop-up that will show you around the MyCommunity portal.
ACCESS LEVELS
Committee Member Access
Committee members can undertake the following tasks through the MyCommunity online portal and app:

Access and view financial information for the property, including a financial snapshot, the annual budget, a balance sheet and the owners corporation income vs expenditure.

View and pay levies.
-
View insurance information.
-
View community information, such as upcoming events and notices.
-
View upcoming meetings, such as AGM’s and SGM’s.

Access and view building documents, such as maintenance reports and supplier quotations.

Submit maintenance requests.
Owner Access
Owners can undertake the following tasks through the MyCommunity online portal and app:
