At Melb OC, we believe in creating communities. We believe that our responsibility begins from the moment you leave your front door, until you step out into the street. We take tremendous pride to ensure that your residence is clean, functional, and maintained with liveability in mind.
But Owners Corporation needs to be about so much more. We understand that life’s too short to spend hours on the phone trying to order more keys, or trying to chase down community information. That’s why we have created this portal for you, so you can seamlessly access everything you need from your O.C. with a click of a button.
All updates for ESQUE Apartments are posted on this home page, to ensure that all O.C. critical updates are available to be seen by all residents and owners.
As an owner, log in to review the minutes of all recent meetings, see the latest insurance reports, monitor your fee notices or update your details. In addition, all residents are able to submit maintenance requests and report urgent repairs – just scroll down to the button below.

Please note that due to COVID restrictions, a maximum of either 1 person, or 1 household, is allowed in the lift at any one time.
Before using the car stacker for the first time, please contact Melb OC for an induction.
Hand sanitiser dispensers in the lift lobby are provided for all residents.
The rooftop opening hours are 6am until 10pm, 7 days a week, and the use of which is subject to the owners corporation rules. Please contact the building manager if you wish to book either of the rooftop barbeque areas for groups of over 10 people.

There are two types of defects: private, and common.
Defects in your apartment, relating to floor boards, plumbing, door handles, can be lodged directly with the builder here:
You can fill and print a defects 'Purchaser Inspection Report' which you can submit to the builder manually - send to email@example.com.
Common defects such as those in corridors, lobby or rooftop, or no hot water to your apartment, can be reported to the owners corporation by lodging a maintenance request here:

The first Special General Meeting (SGM) will be called as soon as 80% of apartments have settled. This meeting will feature an election of the first owners corporation committee. Please contact us for more details.
