Need keys? A garage remote? A fob or swipe? 
You've come to the right place.
You can order any keys, fobs or remotes by clicking 'Add to Cart' below. Enter your apartment number at the checkout. Payment can be made by credit card.

  • If you are an owner, we will process the order for you immediately.
  • If you are a tenant or property manager you will need to send us a lease agreement and letter of authorisation from the landlord before we can get keys to you.

Once keys are ready, we will post the keys out to you.
Please Note: As of Wednesday 1st March 2023, the cost of all keys, fobs, remotes and access cards will increase.

This is the first price increase from MelbOC since 2017. MelbOC has been absorbing the increasing cost of ordering and supplying keys, fobs and remotes over the past few years. However, this cost must now be passed onto the owners.
